One of our recent customers requested an automated double sectional garage door which would also be insulated as they would need their garage door for multiple uses as well as storing their car. We suggested the SeceuroGlide Sectional Plus as it has all of the properties of the elite model but is equipped to handle larger garage doors.

Introducing the track connecting system, a patented running mechanism unique to SWS. This feature not only gives a smooth operation but increases the strength of the whole operation of the customers door. Factory-fitted, partially-tensioned springs and cables ensure that the door is perfectly balanced for ease of use, with reliable operation for both manual or remote control automated doors.
The Plus has all the same running gear and tracks, but uses a front-mount torsion springing system to lift the door safely. The reinforcing bracket on the track system gives the customer peace of mind when operating a door of this size. Requiring just 160 mm of headroom, the Sectional Plus will leave the customer with an excellent clearance and drive-through height.
The panel design features a high density, CFC-free polyurethane core that is sandwiched between two steel sheets. SWS Plus panels are filled with an environmentally friendly, fire safe insulating core.
This garage door also allows the customer to drive directly into their garage with the help of the Hormann Promatic operator opening and closing the garage door without having the face the elements outside.
