A recent customer of ours required a secure entrance and garage door finished in matching colours. They needed to replace their old doors as they were badly worn out whilst also looking for a colour coordinated look in order to enhance the overall kerbside appeal of the property. We helped the customer choose the Hormann 2001 and Truedor TR1W finished in Slate Grey providing both a secure and attractive option for the customer.

The Hormann 2001 range has been created exclusively for the UK market therefore is produced in imperial dimensions and three gear options, with superb designs for every style of property this garage door is available in 15 different colours including Pigeon Blue & Fir Green.

The Hormann series 2000 doors are galvanised with a high-quality polyester powder-coating which protects against adverse weather conditions and corrosion, both of which maintain the beauty of the door during its lifetime.

Featuring a recent installation we carried out for one of our customers who required an automated garage door which would also provide insulating features. The customer wanted the garage door finished in a colour to match the elements present on the exterior of the property.

One of our recent installations involved a customer that was after a garage door which would enhance the kerbside appeal of the property with its striking features. The customer was after a relatively inexpensive garage door compared to a real timber door but which would still look authentic. They needed a door which would also not extend out on the the drive itself due to the limited room available. The customer had also experienced issues with water ingress into their garage and were looking for a garage door which would come with weather resistant seals.

We suggested the Hormann Sectional garage door finished in Woodgrain give the sectional door a striking timber look. This saved the customer money whilst giving an authentic timber feel with minor scratches being easily repaired by working with the texture.

Hormann’s LPU42 also features double skinned, 42mm thick PU-foam filled sections which provide the LPU42 with excellent thermal insulation. The. This helps protect the garage from the elements whilst also maintaining heat inside.

A property management firm had approached us looking to replace 19 garage doors in a garage block. The old doors were badly worn out and there were serious issues when it came to the security of the doors due to their age. They were looking for garage doors which provide both security whilst also being of high quality, ensuring many years of use.

The best garage door for their specific request was the Hormann 2002 Steel Canopy Up & Over Garage Doors in the horizontal ribbed design. The reason why we suggested the canopy over the retractable was because there was more than enough room externally as these garages were located in a block whilst also allowing more room within the garage.

Our customer was looking for a front door with a side element which would have excellent insulation properties whilst also providing security and peace of mind. The preference was a door with a minimal design door and finished in a darker solid colour to match the elements of the property.

One of our recent customers was after a secure manual garage door which would not extend outwards, such as a canopy up & over due to the garage being located on a footpath.

We suggested the Hormann S-Ribbed Sectional garage door finished in a wood grain surface. This provides an inexpensive, robust surface with an authentic sawn timber look, minor scratches can be easily repaired by working with the texture. One of our recent installations involved a customer looking for 2 matching garage doors that would both be fully automated and also take minimal room up within the garage itself. They wanted a modernised, traditional looking garage door which would enhance the kerbside appeal of their property.

We suggested the Hormann Rollmatic Roller garage door as they open vertically and require minimum space inside the garage. This construction principle means the customer can make full use of the space inside and in front of the garage. With the roller garage door RollMatic the ceiling remains free and can be used as an additional storage space, saving precious space within the garage.

RollMatic doors are subject to minimum wear due to the standard operators with soft start and soft stop. The counterbalance system and the reliable automatic safety cut-out securely stop the door if it encounters an obstacle.
