Excellent Service
We were after something a little bit different to the normal, Access were the only company we spoke to that actually understood what we wanted and John and Chris came up with a door that met our needs. It wasn’t an easy fit but Dave and Wayne took care to ensure it was going to work before fitting it, both were friendly and knowledgeable of the product, they came up with a solution for fitting, and did a clean and tidy job. We thoroughly recommend Access to anyone looking for a new garage door.

I had three quotes for my garage roller door, and Access Garage Doors stood head and shoulders above the others.
Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, even when I changed my mind about the outside surround.
My garage now has loads more space compared to the old up-and-over door, and the house is noticeably warmer too.

Did exactly what was needed
Prompt, clear comms, new door came within the times they estimated and was fitted well. We were given clear options, costings and it all felt impressively straightforward.
I am also impressed because a couple of years ago we'd sought their advice about putting an automatic opener on our existing door and they assessed that the door was getting too old - it wasn't a good idea to change - this was excellent advice or we could have paid twice.

Very professional company; excellent customer service
Prior to contacting Access, we had tried two other firms - one didn't want to get involved once they knew the make of the door involved whilst the other attended but the 'repair' did not work for long !
We thought we would need a completely new door but Access managed to repair it very effectively and saving our neighbours a considerable amount of money. We were most impressed by Access'excellent customer service and professionalism.
